Marcin Dyrda is an expert and practitioner in gastronomy with over 20 years of experience in the Polish hospitality industry. He is the creator and owner of the professional online platform GastroWiedza.pl, dedicated to business knowledge in gastronomy management. Additionally, he runs the consulting and advisory company ZarządzanieGastronomią.pl, where he passionately helps others achieve success in the gastronomy sector.

Marcin is a consultant for many well-known and recognizable gastronomic concepts and actively contributes to the largest gastronomic events in Poland as a lecturer and debate moderator. He specializes in advising on the establishment and management of gastronomic establishments, customer service strategies, and training managerial staff as well as guest service personnel in gastronomy.

A certified GHP/GMP trainer and HACCP systems specialist in gastronomy, Marcin is also the creator and auditor of the Quality and Safety in Gastronomy programs. His extensive knowledge and experience make him a highly respected expert in his field.

She has led digital transformation within the DBL Poland group. An advocate for positive change and process transformation in organizations, Agnieszka has been on the DBL management board since 2008, during which the company has earned numerous awards for entrepreneurship and dynamic growth, including being honored as a “Business Gazelle” three times (2017, 2018, and 2019) and receiving the Forbes Diamonds Award in 2023.

An active member of the Women Entrepreneurs’ Club since 2008, she is also a mentor at the Business Leaders Foundation and the Leadership Academy for Education Leaders organized by the Humanites Institute. Agnieszka was awarded the title of “Enterprising Woman of Greater Poland” in 2012 and won the literary competition “I – an Enterprising Woman” in 2009. In 2024, she was nominated for the “Sukces Pisany Szminką” award in the entrepreneurship category and received recognition in the “WielkoPolka” regional competition for entrepreneurship.

Agnieszka is a frequent public speaker and author of industry articles, focusing on topics such as leadership, sales strategies, and team building. She has also been a guest on multiple podcasts, where she discusses the importance of human care, mindful leadership, spirituality, and femininity in the business world.

Agnieszka Kazuś

She has 15 years of marketing experience, working in the catering business on behalf of brands such as Heinz, Pudliszki, Winiary, Garden Gourment, Chef, Magii, Kit Kat, Lion.

She consistently directs his career based on FOOD – starting with studies in the field of Food Technology and Human Nutrition at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, at the Faculty of LIFE, University of Copenhagen – combining technological and conceptual knowledge with a focus on the needs and challenges of the gastro industry.

Anyone who has had the opportunity to meet her knows that she is a “firecracker woman” who feels called to do things that are not easy to “bite”. She is passionate about gastro, whose development she tries to support through various projects and, above all, culinary competitions that have identified many talents in Polish gastronomy, including:

• being the organizer of the Polish edition of the global Heinz Selection program, distinguishing the best burger restaurants in the world, two editions of which took place at the SMAKKi Gastrofair,
• being the organizer of four editions of the CHEF Culinary Cup, which even had an international level for the markets of Central and Eastern Europe,
• twice supporting the Polish qualifiers for Bocus d’Or on behalf of the CHEF brand.

Since January 2025, she has been coordinating and leading the Street Food Masters contest.
