The second edition of Gastrotargi SMAKKi took place from March 20–22, 2024, becoming the heart of Poland’s culinary scene. The event attracted nearly 6,000 guests and 150 brands from both Poland and abroad. It was filled with inspiring culinary demonstrations featuring renowned chefs, competitions such as the Golden Artichoke and the Polish Championships in Thai Cuisine, as well as valuable business conferences.
The trade fair served as a platform for building relationships, exchanging experiences, and showcasing innovative solutions for the HoReCa sector. The unforgettable atmosphere was shaped by passionate and dedicated participants, demonstrating that the kitchen is a space for creativity and innovation.
