From March 20 to 22, 2024, we became the heart of the Polish culinary scene, bringing together cooking masters, HoReCa industry professionals, and enthusiasts of refined flavors and the finest cuisine. These were days filled with unforgettable experiences, inspiring meetings, and valuable business networking. Thank you for being part of this extraordinary culinary journey.
Our exhibition was filled with unforgettable moments, thanks to live culinary demonstrations led by renowned chefs such as Przemysław Klima, Grzegorz Łapanowski, Marina Gimenez Castro, Bob Mazur, and Patryk Galewski. The excitement was further fueled by culinary competitions, including Golden Artichoke – for the best vegan dish, Heinz Selection – for burger restaurants, and the Polish Thai Cuisine Championships, which was honored by the presence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand.
The fair also served as a platform for building business relationships and drawing inspiration from the experiences of true industry leaders. Conferences such as Women Leaders in the HoReCa Industry and SMAKKi Invest Day brought together seasoned entrepreneurs and experts who shared their knowledge and experiences. Among the exhibitors were leading brands offering innovative solutions for the sector.

During the second edition of Gastrotargi SMAKKi 2024, attendees had the opportunity to explore the world of exciting drinks and the diverse flavors of Thailand, masterfully crafted by bartenders from the PaTaThai restaurant.
This exceptional bartending show transported us into a realm of innovation and spectacular cocktails. The experienced team of bartenders from PaTaThai prepared a delightful surprise for SMAKKi attendees by utilizing low temperatures in cocktail creation, employing two extraordinary ingredients: dry ice and nitrogen.
Dry ice, also known as gas ice, creates a dramatic smoking effect when added to drinks. During the show, participants witnessed how the magic of dry ice brought creative compositions to life, enhancing them with an unparalleled visual and taste experience.
Equally thrilling was the use of nitrogen, which has found its place in professional gastronomy as a tool for rapid and spectacular cooling of ingredients. The bartenders leveraged nitrogen in unique ways, crafting surprising and refreshing cocktails that delighted the palates of many guests.
