She discovered her passion for cooking at the Manor House SPA**** – Pałac Odrowążów***** (currently recognized as the Best SPA Hotel by Perfect SPA Awards), where she has been working for 20 years.
She loves to experiment, combine different flavors, and eagerly reaches for ingredients that have been forgotten or have yet to gain popularity in the culinary world. She enjoys working with locally sourced, made-from-scratch products, which aligns with her passion for vegan cuisine.
The vegan menu at Manor House was one of the first among hotel restaurants in Poland and has been awarded the V-quality mark for years, confirming its suitability for vegans.
She is also fascinated by traditional Polish cuisine and the rediscovery of historical recipes, which serve as an inspiration for her own creations. Her culinary explorations led to the development of the seasonal tasting menu “Flavors of the Forest”, featuring dishes made from edible gifts of nature such as mushrooms, ferns, pinecones, young birch leaves, maple seeds, linden buds, elderflower blossoms, all seasoned with pine salt, spruce sauce, and forest-flavored honeys.
She shares her culinary ideas, decorating skills, passion, and experience with her team. She often steps out to meet guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals—an approach that contributes to the success of each dish and continuously drives her toward new professional challenges.
