On March 20, 2024, an exclusive masterclass was held with Martin Gimenez Castro – the owner of the renowned Warsaw restaurants Tuna by Martin Gimenez Castro and Ceviche Bar! Thanks to Martin’s expertise, we learned how to properly prepare fish and seafood while minimizing product waste as much as possible.
This event was designed for restaurant owners, gastronomy professionals, and head chefs.
