Agnieszka Kazuś

President of the companies in the DBL Wynajem Odzieży Roboczej Sp. z o.o. group, owner of Kazus Partner and Mindset by Agnieszka Kazuś. She has 24 years of business experience, solidly established and highly regarded in the international environment. Her initiatives focus primarily on building effective teams, sales development, creating company growth strategies, and strengthening brand positions in the market. She is responsible for digital transformation within the DBL Polska group. An advocate for positive changes and the transformation of processes in organizations. The company DBL, where she has been on the board since 2008, has received numerous awards for entrepreneurship and dynamic growth, including three “Business Gazelles” in 2017, 2018, and 2019, as well as the “Forbes Diamonds” in 2023.
