Anna Chylewska

Since 2019, Anna Chylewska has held the position of Board Member and Chief Operating Officer at Maczfit. She is responsible for operational activities, business continuity, strategic projects, investments, quality, staffing levels, and employee development—a role supported by her 18 years of managerial experience. Throughout her career, her strong focus on understanding the needs and perspectives of her colleagues has enabled her to train 50 individuals for managerial positions.

Work is a true passion for Anna. She prioritizes effective communication, which she continually refines through collaboration with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, including international environments. She also believes in discipline and perseverance, consistently achieving her goals. She often says that for her, nothing is impossible, and everything can always be done even better.
