Grzegorz Chojnacki is a historian and political scientist by education. A happy husband and proud father of two. A true dog lover.

He has been actively involved in the hospitality and gastronomy industry for 24 years, with the first 12 years spent in the UK market and the next 12 years in Poland.

He has spent many years associated with the Hilton brand, working exclusively on large and/or demanding projects.

Some of his successful openings include the modernized Sanatorium in Augustów, the o3EAT 3* Meeting Center in Warsaw, and the 5* Renaissance Hotel at Okęcie Airport.

For the past 5 years, he has been overseeing properties belonging to the SATORIA Group S.A. capital group.
