Jacek Krawczyk

President of the Management Board / Bocuse d’Or Poland

He has been associated with the gastronomy and hospitality industry for over 20 years. He took his first steps in this field as a student at Poznańska School in Warsaw. He then worked in various gastronomic establishments, including during the glory days at Hotel Jan III Sobieski.

He is the Managing Director and owner of Smarten PR, an agency specializing in promoting and managing the image of chefs and pastry chefs, gastronomic events, conferences, industry trade fairs, culinary competitions, as well as companies and products in the HoReCa sector.

He collaborates with the best chefs in Poland and abroad, including those from Michelin three-star restaurants. He is the organizer and creator of the largest culinary events in Poland, such as the global Grand Dinners.

For the past 5 years, he has been the official and only representative of the Bocuse d’Or brand in Poland, the largest and most prestigious culinary competition in the world for chefs. Since 2023, he has been developing the Trophee Mille in Poland, an international culinary and pastry competition for culinary school students.
