Marta Klepka

Marta Klepka is the creator, author, and organizer of the nationwide project #byckobietaontour, which she primarily creates for women. She is a lawyer and entrepreneur.

For many years, she has been successfully working in the hospitality industry, serving as the General Director first at one of the most highly regarded hotels in Poland and worldwide – Blow Up Hall 5050 in Stary Browar in Poznań, then at the five-star Heron Live Hotel in Gródek nad Dunajcem, and currently at the unique mountain hotel Lake Hill Resort & Spa in Sosnówka near Karpacz. She is a well-known and respected expert in the hospitality industry. She shares her knowledge and experience during numerous industry conferences and guest appearances on the program Dzień Dobry TVN.

She organizes motivational conferences and charitable events, having organized and led over a thousand diverse events.

In 2023, her project #byckobietaontour was awarded at the 10th Polish Entrepreneurship Congress in Kraków.

In 2019, during the Women’s Internet Festival in Gdańsk, she was honored with the eFka ON TOUR award as WOMAN INTEGRATING. She was named Personality of the Year 2018 in the Głos Wielkopolski poll in the category of social and charitable activity.
