A social activist – 15 years ago, she founded the first and still the largest organization in Poland supporting women’s entrepreneurship, diversity, and inclusion, called Sukces Pisany Szminką. She has inspired hundreds of thousands of women to reach for their dreams and proves that it is never too late for change.
A lecturer and expert in areas such as: psychology of change, communication, motivation, self-concept, and future competencies. She is also one of the first experts in the Diversity & Inclusion & Equity field in Poland.
She is the founder of the Champions of Change club, which brings together corporations working for equality, diversity, and inclusion. She is the initiator of several social campaigns: Stać Mnie na Sukces, Wiedza nie ma płci, Silniejsi Razem, and #Czyżby? – a campaign aimed at counteracting stereotypes.
A business journalist, author of radio and television programs, associated with Radio Pin, EuroZet, and TVN24 and TVP2. She is also the author of the podcasts “Update” and “Sukces Pisany Szminką”.
A writer and author of four books, including the bestseller Miłość to Czasownik (Agora Publishing, 2022).
A composer and vocalist performing under the pseudonym OYKA. In June 2023, she released her first album.
She has received numerous prestigious awards in Poland and abroad, including the Women’s Tertiary European Award, Woman Leader, the title of Inspirator of Business, and Positive Person of the Year. She was named one of the 25 leaders of Poland for the next 25 years and one of the 10 most influential women in the region.
She graduated from the University of Plymouth, Amsterdam School of Business, and the Fryderyk Chopin Music School in Warsaw in the violin class.
She is married and a mother of three children.
