How to register? You can register using the application form available here. The registration form will be active from February 2025.
When will I receive my badge? The badge will be generated and sent to the email address provided in the registration form immediately after the registration is verified.
Is registration free? A free ticket to the fair is available for individuals directly associated with the HoReCa, gastronomy, or food industry. Representatives of other industries can purchase a ticket for 150 PLN.
Are there food outlets on-site? Yes, there is a restaurant at the fair venue.
Is there a cloakroom at the fair?
Yes, the cloakroom is available for a fee of 3 PLN and is located in the main hall of the exhibition venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a parking lot directly next to the EXPO XXI halls. Parking is subject to a fee:
first hour
8 PLN
each additional hour
6 PLN
whole day
70 PLN
How can I get to the fair? You can reach EXPO XXI Warsaw by taxi, public bus, or your own car. Location

Until when can I book a booth? Booths can be booked up to one month before the fair. However, we recommend registering as early as possible due to the limited availability of prime locations.
What is the minimum booth size?? The minimum booth size is 9 m². Exceptionally, 6 m² booths or booths in the so-called shared zone are also available.
Can we count on your technical support in preparing the booth? Yes, our technical department is at your disposal. We recommend using their assistance to ensure the best possible presentation at the fair and to optimize costs. For any questions, feel free to contact us at: technical@worldfood.pl.
Do you offer marketing services? Yes, we have prepared a comprehensive range of marketing activities for Exhibitors.
Can we print marketing materials through you? Yes, our technical department will present you with an offer for the production of marketing materials. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us at: technical@worldfood.pl.
Can we wrap our booth with marketing materials through your services? Yes, our technical department offers booth wrapping and installation of all marketing materials. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us at: technical@worldfood.pl.
How many entry passes does an exhibitor receive? An exhibitor receives one entry pass per 3 m² of booth space.
How can I participate in the contests organized at Gastrotargi SMAKKi? To apply for any of our competitions, please contact us. You can find more information in the contests section.
How can I access Wi-Fi? Wi-Fi codes (in the quantity specified in the contract) will be available at the Exhibitor Registration Desk located in the main hall. If the exhibitor did not purchase a Wi-Fi code in the contract or requires additional codes, they can be purchased at the registration desk.
