20 march 2024 we invite you to participate in a unique event during which female leaders in the HoReCa industry will share their ideas and guide each other onto the right paths. The gastronomy industry, broadly understood, is still strongly associated with men. What comes to mind when someone says „cooker”? Michelin stars, handsome men in elegant Chef uniforms, distinguished Heads in magnificent restaurants.
And now, the word „female cooker” It’s unlikely that there’s a clear image in our minds. Women strive to be noticed and appreciated. They make a lot of effort to render gender differences irrelevant. This conference aims to support all female leaders in the HoReCa industry.
We aim to become engines for changing the perception of the role of women in the HoReCa industry. We invite everyone who cares about the future of gastronomy. Together with the Success Written with Lipstick Foundation we’ve prepared a special category within the XV edition of the Businesswoman of the Year competition. This category is „Female Leader in the HoReCa Industry.”. We aim to appreciate the role of women in the development of this incredibly dynamic and demanding market sector.
Femme HoReCa represents POWER, STYLE and SUCCESS,and through this meeting with prominent personalities in the industry, you’ll witness how many women in this field embody these qualities.
