Professional Vegan Cuisine Culinary Competition “Golden Artichoke” 2025

Win internships with brilliant Chefs and luxurious (2-person) hotel stays! Plus, a wealth of prizes and attractions. This year, vegan cuisine takes on a whole new dimension. Join the plant-based adventure, led by Katarzyna Gubała, chair of the competition jury and diet coach.

The theme – plant-based cuisine – can be a challenge even for experienced chefs. Eliminating all animal-based ingredients means that many classic, legendary cookbooks must be set aside. The absence of eggs, butter, or yogurt in the competition dish may deter some chefs, while for others, it will spark creativity and inspire culinary experimentation. We are looking for fearless chefs like you!

The goal of this competition is to recognize professionals who create the best plant-based dishes. If you run a restaurant that specializes in plant-based cuisine, or if you are a chef or head chef in such a place, make sure to sign up today!
