This unique event brings together the best baristas from across Poland to compete in the art of creating stunning designs on coffee using steamed milk. Precision, creativity, and aesthetics are the key qualities that will determine the winner. The champion will earn the title of Polish Latte Art Champion and the honor of representing Poland on the global stage at the World Latte Art Championship in Geneva.

When Coffee Becomes an Art

The Polish Latte Art Championship is a competition dedicated to the art of creating designs with milk on coffee. In the preliminary round, participants showcase any pattern of their choice using free-pour and etching techniques on the Art Bar stage. In the finals, held on the main stage, they have 8 minutes to create two identical designs using the free-pour technique and two identical designs of their choice, combining free-pour and etching techniques.

The performances are evaluated by two visual judges, a technical judge, and a head judge. The assessment criteria include the appearance of the designs, creativity, consistency of pairs, contrast, symmetry, placement, and overall impression.
