She leads a team of corporate chefs responsible for product innovation and commercialization, training support, collaboration with key clients, managing internal culinary needs, and developing the first NAZ Food Lab.

Before joining Kraft Heinz in 2022, Laura worked as a chef at US Foods, supporting product development and commercialization, including creating training and marketing resources such as photography and videography.

Her culinary career spans independent restaurants, private clubs, food brokerage, product development, and culinary education.
