Since 2019, she has been a Member of the Board at Maczfit company, serving also as the Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for operational activities, operational continuity, strategic projects, investments, quality, employment levels, and the development of company employees – supported by her 18 years of managerial experience. Focusing strongly on understanding the needs and perspectives of her colleagues, she has successfully trained 50 individuals for managerial positions throughout her professional career. Work is a genuine passion for Anna. Her daily focus lies in effective communication, which she constantly refines through collaboration with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds (including international). She also believes in discipline and perseverance, consistently pursuing set goals. She often says that there’s nothing impossible for her or things that cannot be done even better.
