As a chef, he began his cooking adventure in England in 2007 at the Odney Club. After returning to Poland he started working at Topacz Castle in Wrocław. Currently he is the Head Chef at the Castle Mill Krapkowice. He specialises in modern and regional cuisine. Cooking is his passion, he devotes a lot of time to it. He puts his whole heart into his dishes, because he believes that only in this way, you can create works of art, and his plates are proof of that. He is the co-founder and organiser of Charity Picnics, tasting dinners and culinary workshops. He often proposes bold flavour compositions and unusual product combinations.
