He has been associated with the gastronomy and hotel industry for over 20 years. He took his first steps in this direction while still a student at the Poznańska School in Warsaw. He then worked in various gastronomic establishments, including during the prime years at the Jan III Sobieski hotel.
As the Managing Director and owner of Smarten PR agency, specializing in the promotion and management of the culinary and pastry chefs’ image, gastronomic events, conferences, industry trade shows, culinary competitions, as well as HoReCa sector companies and products. He collaborates with the best chefs in Poland and abroad, including those from restaurants awarded three Michelin stars. He is the organizer and creator of the biggest culinary events in Poland, such as the Grand Dinners, which are global dining experiences.
For the past 5 years, he has been the official and sole representative of the Bocuse d’Or brand in Poland, the world’s largest and most prestigious culinary competition for chefs. Starting from 2023, he has been expanding Trophee Mille in Poland, an international culinary and pastry competition for students from gastronomic schools
