Since 2016, he has served as the Secretary General and a board member of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Hotel Industry (IGHP), the largest self-governmental organization in the hotel industry. Since 2020, he has been actively involved in the Meetings and Events Industry Council #TUgether, of which IGHP is a founding member.

From 2007 to 2013, he worked at the Gromada Hotels network, where he held positions such as Director of the Central Sales and Marketing Office and Director of the Hotel Office. From 2014 to 2016, he held managerial positions at the Trip Group, including serving as an advisor to the Trip Group’s board and Vice President of the board at the Ossa Hotel, one of the largest conference hotels in Poland. For many years, he has been actively engaged in self-governmental organizations in the hotel and tourism sector. In 2014, he was elected to the Council of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Hotel Industry. He was also the Vice President of the Board of the IATA Agents Association in Poland and the Chairman of the IATA Commission at the Polish Chamber of Tourism, as well as a member of the Programme Council of PIT (Polish Chamber of Tourism). He sits on the Cooperation Committee with the Polish Community of the Polish Olympic Committee. During the crisis caused by the coronavirus, he actively participated in industry groups’ work concerning optimal support solutions for hoteliers. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
