The initiator, author, and organizer of the nationwide project #byckobietaontour, which is primarily created for women. A lawyer and entrepreneur. For many years, she has been successfully working in the hospitality industry, serving as a general manager, first in one of the most esteemed hotels in Poland and worldwide – Blow Up Hall 5050 in Stary Browar in Poznań, then in the five-star Heron Live Hotel in Gródek nad Dunajcem, and now in the unique mountain hotel Lake Hill Resort & Spa in Sosnówka near Karpacz. She is a well-known and respected hotel industry expert. She shares her knowledge and experience during numerous industry conferences, as well as as a guest on the Dzień Dobry TVN program.

She organizes motivational conferences and charity events. She has organized and led a thousand diverse events. In 2023, her project #byckobietaontour was awarded at the X Polish Entrepreneurship Congress in Kraków. In 2019, during the Internet Women’s Festival in Gdańsk, she was honored with the eFKA ON TOUR as the WOMAN INTEGRATING. Personality of the Year 2018 in the Głos Wielkopolski poll in the category: social and charitable activities.
