He ensures the selection of the best quality products and partnerships with suppliers. Michał shares his expertise in live cooking shows and culinary workshops conducted for the company’s clients.
He gained experience under the guidance of Wojciech Modest Amaro at Atelier Amaro. He has cooked on 5 continents. Michał respects culinary traditions and natural products. In the kitchen, he searches for truth and simplicity. He does not accept blunt knives!
