Professionally involved in gastronomy for 19 years. A creative head chef of the best sushi restaurants in Poland, also a culinary trainer and lecturer at leading cooking schools in the country for several years. Finalist of the World Sushi Cup Japan 2017, and a finalist in the Polish edition of the Global Sushi Challenge 2015. In 2017, ranked among the top twenty best sushi chefs in the world and in 2019, joined the group of the top 50 chefs in Poland.
A seminar attendee of certifications from the World Sushi Skills Institute and the All Japan Sushi Association. Holds a “black belt” in sushi – the Kuro-obi Certificate acquired in Tokyo. Blends the traditional Edomae school with contemporary culinary trends.
