Dietary catering – knowledge from A to Z

“Dietary Catering – Knowledge from A to Z” is an Education and Training programme dedicated to the subject of how the Dietary Catering market works.

The programme will be presented in the form of a debate and is aimed at investors who are just starting to think about investing in the Dietary Catering business, as well as those who have already started their market adventure.

During the several-part debate, we will try to discuss and introduce the following topics:

  1. PLANNING A CATERING INVESTMENT THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES (HOW NOT TO BE SURPRISED)
  2. THE MOST COMMON MISTAKES AND PITFALLS IN RUNNING A DIETARY CATERING BUSINESS

“CUP of Poland” roaster championships

CUP OF POLAND – a nationwide competition for roasters in which baristas serve espresso based on beans competing for the title of the best coffee of the year 2023.
The winning roaster will be allowed to use the CUP OF POLAND logo to promote the award-winning coffee and roaster.

The competition will be accompanied by a coffee tasting and a presentation of equipment, accessories and products needed to brew and serve coffee.

EdukkuJEMY conference

EdukkuJEMY is a full-day conference for the catering industry at every level: employees, managers, chefs, restaurant owners and investors. During this unique meeting, experts will address current topics on running a gastro business and present ready-made solutions that each participant will be able to implement in the operation of their company.

EdukkuJEMY conference will focus on discussions and the active participation of participants so that they have the chance to find solutions to the problems they face every day.
