They graduated from the Department of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences. They furthered their knowledge through postgraduate studies in Modern Gastronomy Organization and Management (SGGW) and Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision (Krakowska Akademia im. A. Frycza Modrzewskiego in Krakow). They gained their experience working for companies that equip gastronomic facilities and manufacture gastronomic devices. Since 2009, they have been running their own business in the field of design.
They are a member of the international association of gastronomic consultants, the Foodservice Consultant Society International (FCSI). Membership in the association attests to their professionalism, independent approach, and guarantees clients the best solutions on a global scale.
In their over 20-year career, they have completed numerous projects ranging from small gastronomic venues to large chain hotels, hospitals, cafeterias, and airports. In their projects, they combine technical knowledge with creativity to provide clients with unique design solutions. They actively participate in international conferences and trade fairs to seek the best technologies in order to implement the most advanced solutions in their projects.
