He acquired his professional education at Llandrillo College, Colwyn Bay, North Wales, and then worked at the ‘Ten Room’ restaurant in the 5* Hotel Cafe Royal in London as a Commis Chef, as well as at ‘The Northall’ restaurant in a 5* Hotel in Westminster. In 2017, he began working in Gordon Ramsay’s ‘Heddon Street Kitchen’ in London as a Senior Chef de Partie, and in the Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Petrus’, where he was responsible for a team of five. At the end of 2018, he returned to Poland to work at the Amber Room in Warsaw. Currently, he is working as a Head Chef at ‘Skarby Smaku’ where he focuses on preparing dishes from the highest quality ingredients with a BIO certification.
