The head chef at Góralska Tradycja Restaurant, Trattoria Parmigiano, and ZBYRCOK Regional Cuisine in Zakopane.

She took her first steps in the profession after graduating from Stefania Sempołowska Gastronomic Technical School, gaining experience at Prima Restaurant in Puławy. Since 2001, she has been the manager of the Restaurant at the Szwoleżer Equestrian Club in Kazimierz Dolny on the Vistula River. For two years, she served as the manager of Kameralna Restaurant in Puławy.

She brought the art of Italian cuisine from Modena, where, since 2005, she returned to cooking and advanced through all the ranks in the profession at Atmosfere Restaurant. She worked as a personnel chief in Modena and Verona with the best chefs in Italy. She learned the secret of traditional balsamic vinegar at Acetaia Fabbi in Modena. Now, she serves authentic Italian cuisine at Trattoria Parmigiano in Zakopane.

She returned from Italy with her highlander husband and a passion for highlander cuisine. In Zakopane, she took her first steps as the head chef at Zakopiańskie Smaki Restaurant. Since 2021, she has been the head chef at Góralska Tradycja Restaurant, with which she received the Poland 100 Best Restaurants 4 Forks award in 2023.

She was a finalist in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or Poland competition in 2023.
