Connected with the Ferment Group, which owns 5 premium restaurants in Warsaw (Butchery&Wine, Le Braci, Kieliszki na Próżnej, Koneser Grill, Rozbrat 20), 1 restaurant in Gdynia (Butchery&Wine Gdynia), as well as 2 boutique wine shops (Grono, Wine Corner Biały Kamień) and a wine importer (Vini e Affini) since the group’s inception in 2010. She graduated in journalism from the University of Silesia, but instead of becoming a journalist, she pursued a career in PR. She also collaborated with the production house Akson Studio on major film productions. In 2010, she engaged in the opening of Butchery&Wine restaurant, which revolutionized the Polish gastronomic scene. Today, she manages the sales process in the Ferment Group, integrating communication channels and is responsible for the Group’s development strategy regarding brand awareness and recognition of both the individual brands and the Group as a whole. In 2023, she established Ferment Group PRO, leveraging her own experience and know-how to assist companies in the HoReCa industry with audit and consulting services.
