Chef Sławomir specializes in regional cuisine dishes. He has been creating dishes with passion since childhood, utilizing modern culinary techniques. As a result, well-known dishes discover their new faces! By cultivating tradition, Chef Sławomir has been introducing innovative dish preparation techniques and creating interesting and bold combinations for over 30 years of his career.
He gained his experience, among others, in Ireland at Boqueria Restaurant in Cork, Łeba Hotel & Spa ***, Hotel Neptun ***, Lisewski Dwór, and *** Stary Browar Kościerzyna. He has participated in many culinary competitions: Sielawa Blues 2002, Green Hat Bonduelle 2003, Martell 2005, Polish Cuisine Festival 2005, Culinary Duels in Bydgoszcz 2008 and 2012, Cod Festival Łeba 2002,2003,2004,2009, Christmas Dish Festival in Kołobrzeg 2009, 2013, Baltic Fish Festival in Kołobrzeg since 2018.
He is a member of the Examination Committee for the Chef profession at the Pomeranian Chamber of Crafts, a Member of the Association of Polish Chefs, and the Organizer of a nationwide culinary and tourist event titled “Mushroom Picking for Gastronomy.”
